• Resume content — any resume data, comments, or other material you voluntarily submit to the Service.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction events (e.g. likes and views) collected to improve the Service.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address collected automatically when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Display your resume and profile to other users as you choose.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account via Clerk.
• Analyse usage patterns in aggregate to guide product decisions.
• Respond to support requests or enquiries you send to us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it to serve targeted advertising.

3. Data Storage

Resume content, comments, and community posts are stored in MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database service hosted on Microsoft Azure. Account credentials and session tokens are managed by Clerk and are never stored directly in our database. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — handles user authentication, session management, and identity storage. Clerk Privacy Policy.
• MongoDB Atlas — cloud database provider where resume and community data is persisted. MongoDB Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Azure / Vercel — cloud infrastructure providers used to host the backend and frontend respectively.
